Big shout out to Destiny the office manager. She is attentive, helpful, kind and excellent at her job. The communication from the office is clear and on point. Packages are safe when delivered to the office. The maintenance team with Dennis is quick and efficient. These two years will lead to more with staying here. The pathways by the dog park are clean in all weathers which is wonderful. I would recommend living here. I will expend my stay by several years as many other have chosen. Thank you office team for putting together fun gatherings for the holidays with extra nice pool time for celebration of the warm weather. One other plus is the gym stays clean!

Amazing management! Kallie and Griffin are the best I’ve ever worked with, and I’m not just saying that. I’ve lived here for a year and would stay longer if I weren’t moving. The amenities are fantastic, and maintenance is incredibly responsive—they even came at 1 AM to fix a faulty smoke alarm. I’ve never had issues with noise or neighbors; in fact, everyone is friendly and always says hi in passing. If I ever move back to Colorado, Elevate will be my first choice.

I’m was living at this apartment complex for the past year, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The management team is always friendly, professional, and responsive to any maintenance requests or concerns, which makes me feel safe and valued as a resident. The complex itself is beautifully maintained with landscaped grounds, well-lit pathways, and modern amenities such as a fitness center, community lounge, and a sparkling swimming pool. The location is ideal—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily commutes and errands a breeze. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality living.

In less than 24 hours, Griffin was able to coordinate every detail about the transfer, he went above and beyond and turned a stressful situation into a very exciting move-in at Elevate. He also took time to give everyone including my roommate's family a tour around the complex/new apartment. Even when he said there was an issue with the heater, he was proactive about it and it was resolved quickly, he even had a plan B to provide us space heaters in the even the maintenance team was delayed. I’ve lived her for almost a year and it’s been a wonderful apartment complex. Kelly/Melanie in the office are very helpful. The grounds are well kept and feel safe. Best of all the maintenance team is wonderful, and takes maintenance requests seriously. Both Frank and Mason have helped me out. One day I submitted a request that my AC was out and they cane within the hour to help me. Would recommended living here.

I have lived here for almost 5 years now, and I truly enjoy Elevate, the upgrades that have been made over the last couple of years have made it worth it to live here. They have pool, Halloween, and other various parties throughout the year to bring together the residents. They always have raffles and different prizes, which I’ve had the luck of winning. I’ve lived in other apartment complexes, it is what it is, but they do a good job of taking care of us. The staff is always super friendly! I feel safe and the park right next to us is perfect for daily walks. Not to mention we are so close to my favorite restaurant Jose O’Shea’s!

I lived 5 years here and really enjoyed the place. Absolutely amazing Green Mountain location, very close to mountains, i70, downtown, shopping mall. Very green area, park is just nearby. We cannot say enough kind things about the staff of Elevate! We have been here almost two years and unfortunately have to move out of state. The front desk staff has always been so friendly and kind. Especially Griffin, Kallie and Melanie. The maintenance crew works tirelessly for HOURS to maintain the property and any maintenance requests are dealt with usually the same day. We both used the gym facilities and the pool pretty regularly and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We will be sad to leave! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking.

The maintenance team of this complex is truly incredible.. it’s scary moving out and especially with todays prices.. not knowing what’s going to break next and how much will I have to pay for it?? Here as long as I pay my rent whenever I need help with anything maintenance is here about 5 min after the request had been sent!! Always very friendly .. and very hard workers.. I work out every morning and I get an eye of the pool and I watch them every morning clean up and put everything together so we can all enjoy the pool that day.. have no regrets moving here.. and I truly do feel safe and at home on these grounds … Me and my fiancé have chosen this place to be our safe haven for now and we have no regrets

I waited a couple of months to finally post this review so I could accurately explain my experience. The entire experience of moving in and living here so far has been amazing. Allow me to give you some background about me , I am a disabled veteran currently in a Program for at risk and homeless veterans. I had a pretty nasty PTSD flare up 2 years ago and was placed in a program to help rehabilitate me called HUD/Vash. Unfortunately with this program other properties and apartments like to take advantage of people like me through predatory landlord tactics. Meaning the places I was being approved for by va and the housing authority were not safe and i was being lied to and moved in under false pretenses. I had to move unexpectedly to here because of an aggressive neighbor that management refused to help me with.. this place is different. Kalli and Griffin do not treat the residents disrespectful. They are familiar with programs like mine and will communicate and get the necessary paperwork handled. As far as fees and other things mentioned in other comments , they aren't hidden and are pretty straight forward. This apartment doesn't have a super high turnover overrate,, in fact, we are the 3rd people that have occupied this unit in 10 years. Over all a great experience I can't wait to marry my fiance later this year and begin married life here.

We have seen many managers, leasing agents, and maintenance crew members come and go and while some have been better than others, the office team that they have now is PHENOMENAL! The leasing agent, Griffin, is always polite and eager to do anything to help. Frank our maintenance manager is always on point, friendly, and knowledgeable. And lastly, Kallie Martinez, our Property Manager is the best one we have seen in quite a while. When our roommate attempted suicide and had to be released from our lease, Kallie did EVERYTHING she could to help us including waiving some fees to keep us from struggling. We LOVE living here and have nothing but respect for our leasing office! Keep up the good work, guys! And if you are looking for a place to live, I HIGHLY recommend this community!

Nice, quiet place to live. Workers will come and get your requests for maintenance done fast. All staff are very friendly! I hardly ever heard my neighbors. Enjoyed my experience here until the end. The management charged us $360 to "clean the bath tubs". We ended up getting it down to $180 but the bath tubs were no where near as bad as they were stating.

Just going back to this rating and adding some details. I have lived in the area almost three years and stayed with Elevate about two. Rent is a little higher, but it is equivalent to that of the area considering most of the surrounding apartments were built around the 70s. These units have internal a/c that works, which has been a blessing during this heat wave. Maintenance is super fast and the office is good at follow up on work orders. The stairs do deteriorate quickly due to salt etc, but I've found that any time I put in an order, they address it within a month due to third party contracts and sometimes sooner. I also notice they fill the potholes in the parking lot relatively frequently. I have even told them about property lights being out and they had it fixed within three days! I don't know what other people's experiences have been with maintenance in apartments, but in my own, this fast of a response rate is unheard of. I've never had a problem with mail delivery. It is either in the amazon hub with a no contact scan code opportunity, or the post office leaves a key in your box to get into their package lock box. The walls are thin, but I have been able to resolve any noise issues with the office immediately. If I had to think about something to complain about, it would be that the pool isn't open on Sundays since quarantine due to the office being closed, but if that's the only complaint, I'd say you are doing pretty well.

Maybe it’s too early to tell, but the amount of negative reviews is surprising to me. This was the only complex that actually answered the phone when we set up a time to look at the place and go over pricing. There were a few minor issues when we moved in, but it seems like as long as you communicate your concerns the staff is more than happy to help. The apartment is clean and quiet and we are very satisfied.

I am in the process of moving and finding new places came across this place. When my girlfriend called to schedule a walk through the Gentlemen(Josh) offered numerous times and was extremely nice. Did walk through and Josh was awesome told us everything we needed to know and helped us more than anyone else did. Submitted my app, then had complications with software while submitting my girlfriends app. Called the office, Josh answered, he stayed after hours by 30 mins to insure her app was submitted successfully. Lived here for a full year, and had a great experience. Granted, we were in one of the newer apartments I believe. Maintenance was quick and professional. When our hot water heater quit working there was an entirely new one within a few hours of contacting them, and no hassle at all after that. They even fixed problems such as a clogged drain, and clogged garbage disposal (which was our fault) at no charge. Park next door is fantastic for dogs. I wasn't a fan of the fact that the valet trash pickup (which is run by an outside company) was mandatory to pay for, and in our unit wasn't quite reliable, but that is the only negative thing I can think of. They gave professional timely notices for an inconveniences such as water being shut off for a few hours, parking lot being paved, inspections, etc. We had to take one roommate off the lease and put someone new on, and that was relatively simple. Office people were very nice.

Wow. The reviews for apartment complexes are typically always littered with the same myriad of complaints - but some of these reviews are just outrageously inaccurate. Maintenance guy is super friendly and prompt - water heater broke and he had it replaced within 8 hours. Front office is difficult to get on the phone? Get off your ass and walk in there. "Management" won't work with you on your bill? Yeah of course not, neither will any other corporate level apartment complex they have set prices and standardized fees for a reason. My only real complaint about Elevate is the walls are a little thin, I can hear all of my neighbors but other than tear down the entire complex and rebuild it I don't know what more I should expect them to do. Rent has gotten a little high here and I feel like I can get a better value out of another place up the road but don't let the litany of bad reviews turn you away from this place. I lived here for 3 years and know a number of other residents that have lived here for 5+. "Management" doesn't control the tenant population, and it is outrageous to expect them to.

This review is in regards to all of these negative reviews of the response time to maintenance requests by the office and the maintenance people and the work and workers themselves. I've lived here (Ascend) for almost two years, so I am familiar with both the previous management and maintenance managers and workers and the current ones. While is takes a bit more time (24 hrs. unless there is an emergency) to request maintenance personnel with the new management, it is still very easy. I used to just call the office; now I have to fill out a maintenance request online or go to the office itself, which is really no problem at all. If I happen to need to go to the office, I might just make the request there, but most of the time I simply do an online request. All of my requests (and there have been several over time) have been acknowledged immediately and acted upon in a timely fashion. The workers who have come to my apartment have always been courteous and competent; if a worker had a problem himself (where are the ladies, I wonder?), he contacted someone else to assist. I'm truly sorry that so many of you feel the way you do about the request process, the time it took to correct the problem, and the courtesy/competence of the workers, but hat simply has not been my experience.

I love living here. The staff, office and maintenance are professional, friendly and get the job done. I appreciate the clean area outside and how if there is a problem them come and fix it! WOW wish every company was this easy to work with!

I must admit when I walked in on my first day, I had concerns. There were a few mix ups about amenities and a couple other things I worried about. Before I called the office I looked at google reviews and they were horrible. Many saying that the office was no help and that they'd ignore you for days and never fix what was broken. Needless to say when I called the office looking for help I was expecting to be met with poor attitude and be dismissed. I was VERY WRONG! I spoke with the manager, Robin (I hope I spelled her name correctly), and she came to my unit personally to assess and discuss concerns I had. She had a new A/C unit and Washer/Dryer ordered and installed within a few days and had nothing but pleasant conversation and kind words and gestures to offer. Personally I feel if you speak with management here and address any issues in a professional manner and don't act like a total jack*** you'll be treated fairly and taken care of. I'm looking forward to the next few months at Red Rocks!
